Processing times vary per item. Please see the item description for details. If you have an urgent request please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping and delivery is via Royal Mail.

For larger items a courier service will be provided.

Shipping timescales are provided by the delivery provider, these are a guide frame and whilst they will always endeavour to deliver within these timescales in recent times due to the current COVID pandemic there may be some delays which is beyond our control.

Collection is also welcome free of charge from B90 area. Please ensure your number is provided when placing an order so a collection time can be arranged when your order is ready.

Personalised items
We do not accept returns of personalised items or bespoke orders unless they are faulty or we have made an error with spelling mistakes.

Non-custom items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Returns to be made at the buyers expense.

As well as items listed on our website, we provide a custom order service also. From workwear to hen parties we will work with you to create a custom design bespoke for your requirements. Please get in touch via our contact form with your initial enquiry and we will be in touch.
